ACCREDITATIONS & CERTIFICATES

Billabong Ranch is accredited with the Australian Camping Association, Better Business Program & is currently completing accreditation with Horse Safety Australia.

A number of our trail & carriage drivers are accredited, as well as holding Certificate II in Equine Industry & Level 2 First Aid.

Our bar staff have their Responsible Serving of Alcohol & Occupational Food Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificates.  We have onsite Chefs.   We also have two qualified Food Supervisors.

Senior staff regularly participate in business, customer service & tourism seminars.

Billabong Ranch is a registered accommodation facility & licensed premise.

We have 3 qualified work place trainers & assessors on site & our staff regularly undertake in house training for all activities.

We have risk management procedures in place for all activities & the accommodation.
