BREEDING PROGRAM

Billabong Ranch currently has foals by our lovely Clydesdale X Paint "Charlie"

We have used him over our Clydesdale cross & Quarter Horse mares.

We wanted a stallion who wasn't too tall, was coloured & predominately Clydesdale.
Charlie is by a purebred black stallion out of a 3/4 buckskin & white mare.

Charlie is broken to saddle & harness & can be yarded & worked alongside mares & geldings.
We currently have two foals by him. A lovely bay filly & a chestnut & white colt.

New Foals 2009 season


Cheezel's foal Toffee by Charlie born 29th December. This fellow seems to have Charlie's laid back nature.

This is Scotty. He is out of Magpie by Charlie.

We also have another filly born 26th of June.
Her name is Lesley & her mother is Billie.

Pictured below is another lovely colt out of a little registered paint overo mare.

Squaw foaled 11th of July.
Lovely coloured filly named Fortune.

Charlie will be standing to selected mares in the 2010 season for the introductory price of $660.00, not including vet or agistment fees.
